  AEWR; US Workers: MN: $14.60; H2A Workers: MN: $12.92. Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops including operating dryers to pull down moisture content of corn; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment as well as farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Operate tractors such as Case Quadtrack, tractor-drawn machinery such as 1000 bushel grain cart, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow cultivate soil; Load agricultural products into non CDL 10-13 speed trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Use snow blade to clear snow from farmstead and grain storage; Must speak English.
