  AEWR; US Workers: ND: $12.31; H2A Workers: ND: $11.04. Use hand tools such as shovels, scoops, brooms, for sweeping, cleaning, crops; Repair and clean farm buildings, fences, and other structures as well as farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment including but not limited to tractors, conveyors, forklifts; Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Turning levers and knobs to dry grain, sweep bins with hand broom after grain is augured; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or under filling bed or trailer and drive to market or storage facilities; Direct and monitor the work of casual and seasonal help; Must be able to work in dusty conditions and be willing to work inside grain bins; Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate employer provided safety equipment; Speak and understand English.
