  Livestock management increases in the winter months. Employees will need to check cows in pastures and pens, haul hay, check water troughs, manage sick livestock, load feed, haul feed, assist with calving, move livestock using pickups, trailers and 4-wheelers. We also have feed loads that need to be fulfilled during the winter months. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience.
