  Workers will assist M&B Faul Farms during the winter season with tasks essential to maintaining farm operations in extreme weather conditions. Responsibilities include hauling grain to market/storage, snow removal around grain bags, buildings, and operational zones, and conducting winter maintenance on tractors, combines, augers, and other equipment in preparation for the spring planting season. Duties are physically demanding and performed in cold temperatures, requiring the ability to lift heavy objects, work in snow-covered conditions, and operate machinery safely. The position supports the farm’s grain production of wheat, soybeans, and corn during a labor-intensive five-and-a-halfmonth period, from November 15 to April 30. The employment is "at-will," but includes an escalatory disciplinary process to ensure fairness: (1) written warning, and if uncorrected, (2) termination notice. This process helps address performance issues transparently without waiving the employer's right to terminate at any time, per state and federal law.
