  We operate a farm, harvesting corn and soybeans. We need employees to operate farm equipment during our growing season, to complete duties including tillage, planting, spraying, crop maintenance, harvesting commodities which are all the steps of the growing season. Employees will also need to drive semi-trucks to haul grain, operate tractors and other farm equipment, work the ground, planting, side dressing nitrogen, row cultivation and operate a grain cart. Employees will complete routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment. Grounds and building maintenance and general manual labor. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
