  Operators will perform duties including installing the pump and placing agitators into the pit to ensure proper mixing of material, connecting and starting the PTOs for both the pump and agitators, ensuring all connections are secure and functioning correctly. The operator will also hook up the hose to the loading stand, checking for leaks and making sure all fittings are tight. Workers will operate the tractor and tank that powers the load pump. Workers will manage the throttle during loading to maintain proper flow rate and pressure. At the end of the job, the workers are responsible for power washing all equipment—pump, agitators, hoses, and PTO components—and inspecting for any damage before properly storing everything for future use. Workers may also perform light maintenance and repair duties within shops on farms. Two weeks of training provided.
