H-2A and corresponding domestic workers must be available to perform each of the following job activities in connection with the harvesting and farming operations: Bus/Van Drivers-Crew Leader-QC to perform the following duties: •Employee picks up workers from different housing sites/pick up points and takes them to an assigned work site and at the end of the work day takes them back to the housing site/pick up point. •Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation. •Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline, oil, and water. •Report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs. •Once a week will take workers to purchase essentials in town. •Direct and monitor the work of casual and seasonal help during packing process. •Record information about prduct. •Inform farmers or farm managers of packing progresss. •Identify product to determine quality. •Record information about packed product. •Maintain inventory, ordering materials as required. •Direct and monitor the activities of work crews engaged in packing. •Inspect packed product to assess quality Reasonable Accommodations Statement: To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily.
