  Workers will perform a variety of general farm duties related to grain farming operations including but not limited to: operating, maintaining, and performing minor repairs on large agricultural equipment such as tractors (≤ and >150hp), combines, grain carts, planters, air drills, sprayers, and skid steers. Duties include tillage, planting, harvesting, pesticide/herbicide application, GPS-guided operations, and irrigation setup. Additional responsibilities include grain handling, auger setup, post-harvest operations, basic electrical troubleshooting, welding, and general farm maintenance. Workers must follow safety standards and instructions and may be required to assist with livestock if applicable. Employment is at-will. However, before termination, an escalatory disciplinary process will typically be followed: 1) verbal warning; 2) written warning; and 3) final notice. Termination for cause may result if the employee continues unsatisfactory performance or misconduct following these steps, in line with H-2A regulations and fair employment practices. Work Schedule: o Days per Week: 6 (Monday through Saturday) o Hours per Day: 8 hours o Daily Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with one hour unpaid lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
