  Manually wash, pack, sort potatoes by size, weight, color, or condition; guide products on conveyers to regulate flow through machines; position containers to catch products; grade, stack; perform manual, hand labor including sweeping, raking, and shoveling; maintain appropriate food and worker safety. Maintain and repair specialized equipment. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: clean work areas, hand pick and manually grade crops, load and unload materials and commodities, participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops, position boxes/bags at ends of machinery to catch products, remove and close full containers, set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized equipment, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools, weigh containers and record weights and identifying information. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: box sorting equipment, forklift, packaging equipment, pickups, cars, etc. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: potatoes.
