  We farm 2,500 acres of corn, wheat, oats and soybeans. All field work is from spring to fall. Employees will assist with lawn up keep, tillage, spraying, fertilizing, tiling fields for drainage, ditching, hauling, packing fields, and harvesting. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
