  We operate a temporary nursery operation at 106 County Rd 721, Okeechobee, FL 34974, and 13305 NW County Rd 236, Alachua, FL 32615. Seasonal workers are needed to assist with digging native saw palmetto and cabbage palmetto trees at the Okeechobee site, then transplanting and cultivating them at the Alachua ranch nursery site. Duties include digging, transplanting, root pruning, balling, burlapping, irrigation support, loading for shipment, and site clean-up. Work is performed outdoors and is physically demanding. Three months of prior nursery or tree handling experience is required. Employment is temporary from now until September 30, 2025, due to weather limitations during Florida’s rainy season. Employer may conduct post-hire drug testing and background checks at employer’s expense. Work on the worker’s Sabbath or Federal holidays will not be required at any time.
