Attend to live farm, ranch animals that include cattle; Duties include feeding, watering, herding, grazing, castrating, branding, catching, and loading animals; Mix, grind, deliver, move feed/feedstuffs to cattle to supplement diet; Maintain records on animals; Examine animals to detect diseases and injuries; Administer medications, vaccinations, shots, oral wormers, pour on wormers, etc. as appropriate; Clean and maintain animal housing areas; Drive trucks, tractors, and other equipment to distribute feed to animals and to move livestock from one location to another; Inspect, maintain, prepare, and repair livestock facilities, buildings, pens, yards, and fences; Move livestock from one location to another; Clean water tanks, pens; Speak and understand English.
