  We are focusing on our Stocker/Feeder program in our cattle operation. We will maintain our Cow/Calf program. Employees will need to be familiar with cattle. Employees will care for, feed, and process cattle. When processing cattle, we use low stress handling techniques, to take directions, to complete job in a safe manner for cattle and workers. Employees must have general skills for operating farm tractor, swather, loader and general farm equipment for tillage, planting, grinding of commodities, and hay. Employees will be required to do maintenance and repair on farm equipment. Must be able to keep work sites clean and orderly.
