  The job involves a wide range of farm tasks including preparing fields for planting and operating various types of agricultural equipment such as tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, and harvesters. Responsibilities include attaching implements like plows and discs, mixing and applying fertilizers and pesticides, and engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, and harvesting activities. The role requires loading and unloading crops and materials using forklifts, conveyors, and hand tools, as well as feeding products into machines. Operators must be able to manipulate controls, monitor machinery for malfunctions, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs. Additional duties include weighing and recording crop yields, transporting supplies and tools using pickup trucks, and maintaining accurate agricultural data records. Safety, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential in all aspects of the work. Repair and maintain equipment.
