  Workers are required to hand or machine plant sugarcane by following a trailer and pulling seed cane from the trailer and planting in rows, or machine planting by walking behind a machine planter and straightening the cane in the rows, cleaning and minor repair and maintenance on farm equipment and vehicles, shovel work. General farm labor such as drainage, cleaning the shop areas, mowing yard around the house, shop, office and keeping fields free of debris will be required. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
