  First-line supervisor and coordination of agricultural workers. Under the direction of farm management, assign tasks and monitor crop production operations. Train techniques such as planting, cultivating, or harvesting, use of safety measures and work schedules, production requirements, conditions of equipment and supplies. Maintain details of personnel actions. Bus drivers/supervisors will pick up workers transport to worksite & back to their housing. supervise workers. Required to live in housing provided by employer. Transport workers once a week to the bank, Walmart and the laundry mat. Must have or be able to obtain immediately a farm labor contractor license. Background check and random drug testing will be post hire at employer's expense. Any crew leader (farm labor contractor) employed under this job order must have a valid state and federal Farm Labor Contractor Certificate of Registration, abide by all the requirements of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA).
