  We need seasonal employees to assist with our row-crop operations which also include processing a few vegetables. We currently grow peanuts, corn, cotton, soybeans, squash, oats and wheat. We need seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of planting, harvesting crops, spraying and spreading fertilizer and chemicals, and cultivating along with operating the equipment designated for those tasks. Employees will also be operating center pivots, transporting crops using 18 wheelers, and repairing and maintaining equipment including irrigation. All of these tasks will require accurate record keeping. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
