  We need seasonal employees to operate equipment and provide application services to pastures and row crop acres. Employees must be able to understand and take directions, operate late-model John Deere equipment, complete routine repairs and maintenance on the equipment, and be part of a functioning team effort. Employees will need to fill fertilizer tanks after being trained, paint tanks to maintain them, clean equipment and do general workshop repairs. We spray fields for farmers and ranchers as well as sell seed to them. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion.
