  The crops on which workers will work are vegetables, including lettuce, spinach, carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli. Workers will: assist with harvest activities; operate farm equipment; weed and hoe crops; clean equipment and work areas, and maintain grounds; perform farmwork incidental to farming the crop(s) listed on this application; and other tasks and duties under SOC Code 45-2092. Related duties may be assigned. Work is performed outdoors in highly varied weather conditions. Frequent walking, stooping, bending, crouching, and kneeling is required. Being on one’s feet for long periods of time is required. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds is required. Frequent turning, pushing, and pulling is required. Dexterity to use and manipulate hand tools, farm equipment, and crops is required. Vision, focus, and cognitive ability to accomplish the functions above is required.
