  Job requires worker to complete tasks in in general farm labor, general farm labor for green beans, packing of green beans, and vineyard maintenance. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: packing house set-up and preparation for Employer produce only; help the farm supervisor direct or monitor the work of other workers engaged in packing and other farm work activities; assemble 1-bushel wooden crates, plastic bins, reusable plastic containers, and other green bean containers; pack green beans to quality standards; clean trailers, packing house, farm buildings, containers, and equipment; drive and operate a forklift, tractor, or other farm vehicle as directed on farm property only; drive Employer-provided vehicle to other locations within 30 miles as directed; hoe or pull weeds; general maintenance and repairs of packing house and farm equipment and facilities; and vineyard maintenance tasks, including stringing and training new vines, training sprouts and young plants; putting and removing vine protectors onto plants, trimming, removing suckers, thinning, and general repairs of posts and wire.
