  We grow and harvest seed and nut crops. Job activities are weather-dependent and coincide with the seasons. We need employees to assist with all aspects of growing these seasonal crops. Job duties will include: attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, irrigation equipment, operate other farm equipment, manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery, observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions, operate equipment to harvest crops, drive pickup trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Must have experience operating large implements. Employee must have attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
