  Employees will drive tractors and operate towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize such as corn and millet. All crops are raised for forage for the animals. They will deliver materials, supplies or feed to designated locations. Minor maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, structures and grounds. Workers will help with the calving of the cattle herd and care of the animals. Employees must be able to work independently after given instructions, must be self motivated and be a team player.
