  Shuttle driver will pick up workers from housing, take them to worksites, field walk and drive workers back to their housing. They will conduct proper worker timekeeping and job activity recording using a scanning device. They will also assist with simple daily vehicle maintenance checks, filling water jugs with drinking water for the workers each morning, and ensuring field sanitation measures are maintained throughout the day, such as clean drinking water, bathrooms and handwashing facilities available to workers. Shuttle driver is required to live in the housing provided by the employer and take workers once a week to the grocery store. Must have or be able to obtain immediately a federal farm labor contractor license. Background check and random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense. Duties also include machine harvesting blueberries and/or forklift and tractor operation. Operators of machine harvesters must be careful to avoid damaging blueberry bushes. Shuttle driver may also transport blueberries from field to packing shed (on farm only). This will be done under extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as heavy bending, stooping and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.
