• Offer description:

  We operate a general farming system - working with corn, soybeans and sorghum. Our fertilizer and ground work starts in February. Our harvest, grain hauling and fall fertilizer wraps up in December. Employees will assist with ground work, planting, spraying, spreading manure, applying fertilizer, harvesting with combine and chopper, and hauling grain and silage to storage location. Employees will also assist with farm maintenance and repairs. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial trucking is required. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
